Searcys Bar and Brasserie at Surveyors House is the main restaurant at the magnificent Surveyors House in Westminster, run by respected British caterer Searcys.
Surveyors House is an iconic Victorian building in Parliament Square, home to The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The central Westminster location means that Surveyors House boasts a unique backdrop, offering views of Big Ben, the Palace of Westminster, and Westminster Abbey, through its tall arched windows.
Searcys Bar and Brasserie takes full advantage of the grand location. Enter through the mosaic-tiled lobby, into the marble reception room, and you’ll find the Bar and Brasserie on the ground floor, with smartly dressed tables sitting under a towering corniced ceiling. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday, and serves up an accessible menu of seasonal British food. As you’d expect from Searcys, the wine list is also extensive and carries a huge range of bottles, including a good number from English vineyards. Meanwhile, the menu changes regularly with the seasons, meaning that there’s likely to be lots of new things to try each time you visit. Whether you’re visiting for a quick lunch or organising a special celebration dinner, Searcys Bar and Brasserie has the perfect space for you.
Searcys has become a recognised and respected name in catering, and boasts 175 years worth of experience in the trade. The group runs a number of large, historic spaces around London, including St Pancras Bar & Brasserie, 116 Pall Mall Brasserie and Searcys at The Gherkin, as well as working alongside hugely respected chefs such as Richard Corrigan at The Portrait Restaurant.
