Located in the lush Surrey countryside within the 19th-century Foxhills manor house, The Fox dining room is an award-winning two AA Rosette restaurant with a reputation for satisfying British fare and delivering an unparalleled private dining experience. It’s home to four private dining rooms, all with their own stylish character, should you require a little more seclusion for your celebration.
Whether it be a large celebration with friends and family in The Orangery, an intimate gathering in The Garden Room, a soiree in The Music Room, or a more casual affair in The Terrace Room - Foxhill’s group and private dining rooms have got all the bases covered. Each presents a unique dining opportunity that can be customised just for you. Whether you prefer natural light flooding through tall windows for the perfect photo, or a romantic candlelit dinner with your closest friends and family, Foxhills is primed to deliver all the fairytale aesthetics you could wish for.
The beauty of Foxhills isn’t just skin deep, it’s an experience enriched by a menu of inventive dishes and an unforgettable private dining menu. The Foxhills private dining menus come in three forms, each catering to a different budget and preference. You could begin with a starter of silky chicken liver pate served with freshly toasted brioche and red onion marmalade, a prawn and avocado tian with a Marie Rose sauce and lemon gel, or a red lentil and garlic soup with green onions.
As for mains, expect a variety of options including (but not limited to) braised feather blade of beef served with chive mash, red wine gravy, and honey-glazed carrots; salmon served with fennel and potato terrine, wild mushrooms, and chardonnay sauce; or a brown butter cauliflower steak with puy lentils and tomatoes. To finish you can expect indulgent desserts of sticky toffee pudding, chocolate tortes, and glazed lemon tarts.
