Located in the sophisticated neighbourhood of Mayfair, Coya is a Latin American fusion restaurant and lounge specialising in authentic flavours served with a contemporary twist. If you’re after a lively location for your next special occasion, there are several private and semi-private dining spaces at Coya, perfect for intimate celebrations with family, lavish corporate meals and everything in between.
The primary private dining room is tucked away within the venue, allowing full seclusion for up to 12 guests. The space is adorned with opulent furnishings including Incan art, and would make an ideal setting for a milestone dinner or business lunch. Larger parties might be interested in the semi-private areas, including the Andean room, a stunning space complete with Peruvian artefacts and wrought iron gates, which can accommodate up to 25 guests.
The adjacent Illapa room is also an option which boasts views into the main dining area and the capacity for up to 60 people. For those balmy summer evenings, opt for the members club patio, an al fresco terrace which boasts a canopy and heaters so you can guarantee protection from whatever the London weather throws at you.
For the meal itself, Coya has curated three private dining menus at different price points suitable for every budget and occasion. Each menu boasts four courses of sharing dishes, beginning with starters like pulled wagyu bao buns with truffle, corn tortillas with guacamole, and tiger prawn empanadas with garlic emulsion, before moving on to a variety of ceviche and tataki plates. The main courses vary menu to menu but consist of meat and fish delights like native lobster tail with bisque and rice, spicy wagyu beef fillet with crispy shallots and star anise, and sweetcorn Szechuan fried rice with slow cooked truffle hen's egg.
To accompany your meal, there is a stellar cocktail list including a variety of Pisco’s, classic favourites and signature Coya concoctions.
