About Oakley Hall

Dating back to 1795, Oakley Hall is a Georgian manor house and hotel in the Hampshire countryside. It offers a variety of event facilities suitable for everything from lavish gala dinners to conferences. Boasting a stunning red brick façade and rich history, the Oakley Hall events venues recently underwent a multi-million-pound renovation and is now one of the most luxurious and versatile spaces in the county.

Larger events at Oakley Hall like dinner dances or corporate parties might opt for the Garden Pavillion, one of Hampshire’s biggest event spaces. This flexible area boasts its own private outdoor terrace, bar, state-of-the-art AV technology and a cloakroom, as well as affording stunning views over the manicured grounds. Up to 400 guests can be accommodated here, or 350 for a seated occasion. If you’d prefer to stay within the main house, there are several options available, from grand spaces like the Garden Suite to more intimate affairs in the Winchester room.

Catering for your event is provided in-house by the award winning restaurant team and covers all potential event dining needs. If you'd like to organise a three-course affair, there is a menu of contemporary British cuisine which offers a wide range of meat, fish and vegetarian choices. To elevate your event, you can also upgrade to offer petit fours and coffee to cap off the evening. And if your event is more casual, events at Oakley Hall can include a buffet, BBQ or hog roast, which might be better suited to large scale occasions.

The team at Oakley Hall are dedicated to ensuring your vision is brought to life and the event runs smoothly. For example, a coach transfer can be arranged to pick up and drop off your guests, and there are also 50 bedrooms so there’s plenty of space should you like to stay over.
