Christmas celebrations at The Rosemary offer a dining capacity of 60 and a standing capacity of up to 75. For smaller, more intimate festive parties, The Rosemary also offers private dining for groups between 25 and 30 people, and group dining for up to 20 guests.
The restaurant follows a farm-to-table philosophy, making use of sustainable techniques where possible for both the traditional Christmas menu and vegan alternative, crafting as many dishes as possible from scratch with fresh, organic ingredients.
