Located on the 32nd floor, this contemporary restaurant is surrounded by glass walls bringing undisrupted views of the city skyline to you whilst you eat. It’s a restaurant of two parts, with Oblix West, and Oblix East, both offering a different menu and a different perspective over London.
Oblix West focuses on cooking with a wood fired oven, rotisserie and charcoal grill, which can all be seen from the open kitchen that’s passed as you enter the restaurant. The a la carte menu offers a selection of small plates including beef tartare, truffle flatbread and jumbo prawn cocktail, open fire grill & rotisserie dishes such as whole roasted lobster, iberico pork ribs and whole fire grilled turbot, and large cuts like 1.2kg wagyu tomahawk. In this section of the restaurant you can enjoy views of St Paul’s through to the West End.
Over at Oblix East the menu changes to more of a bar snacks kind of vibe - think oysters, crab cakes and mini wagyu burgers - or a compacted three course menu with options like crispy chicken with honey, lime and chilli glaze, wild mushroom orzo with cashew cheese and black truffle and a dessert platter.
