This year, the team have been hard at work crafting a selection of festive-themed menus for you and your guests to choose from, with options suiting to seated dinners, feasts or standing soirees. To start off, there's the feasting menu which offers a selection of starters such as buttermilk fried chicken with cranberry and date dip, crispy brussels on labneh and hot honey pigs in blankets.
For mains, there's a feasting board of turkey, lamb kofta, sucuk, and oyster mushrooms and halloumi skewers with plenty of sides, finished off with a giant half-baked festive cookie dough, as well as mince pies, mulled wine and a frozen espresso martini shot. Yum!
If you'd prefer a more traditional, three-course set menu, kick things off with starter options like pigs in blankets with hot honey and pistachio or buttermilk fried chicken with cranberry and date dip, followed by Megan's Christmas kebab, shakshuka baked sea bass or lamb kofte shish, and finally, sticky date and toffee pudding with ice cream. Finally, there's also a selection of delicious canapes which are ideal for a more relaxed gathering, or you can arrange before main courses. Choose five, seven or 10 per person and between options like za’atar pigs in blankets with greek sausage, chicken mini kebab or smoked salmon and labneh crostini, as well as plant-based bites like padron peppers or falafel and hummus.
