Founders and best friends Leonardo Masi and Simone Parentini started Dez Amore as a food truck chain, specialising in Tuscan classics spruced up with contemporary twists. Pasta is made fresh each day and served with the best traditional Italian sauces from classic bolognese and carbonara to cacio e pepe and truffle sauce. Plus, you can add your own toppings covering everything from extra cheese to bacon and mushrooms.
Dez Amore is also known for Tuscan-inspired burgers. Signature options include a ‘Tasty & Juice’ with caramelised red wine onions, bacon and coats cheese, along with a truffle burger stacked with lettuce, pecorino cheese and truffle mayo. Alternatively, guests have the option to customise their burgers, whether chicken, beef, or plant-based, according to their own tastes. Pizzas follow the Tuscan tradition: thin and crispy padellino pizzas. Of course, there’s a great variety of wines by the glass or bottle, alongside craft beers and refreshing cocktails that perfectly pair with your festive feast.
