Gordon Ramsay Group’s Michelin-star restaurant will offer a French fine-dining experience at its Kitchen Table this December
The seven-course festive feast, which launches at the
Belgravia restaurant on 1 December, will be matched with a selection of French wines delivered by sommelier Stephen Nisbet.
Guests will begin the evening with a champagne cocktail in the lounge, before heading downstairs to the kitchen for a meet-and-greet with head chef Larry Jayasekara and his team. Then it’s over the eight-seat circle table for the main event.
We were invited to test run it last week and were suitably impressed. If the oversized, dry-ice Fabergé-style egg full of oysters doesn’t grab your attention, then Jayasakara cutting the bird at the table should. Though, purely on taste, the ballotine of foie gras clinched it.
