Think venison seekh kebab, masala lobster, and lemongrass & ginger brulée. Book a table in the main restaurants, or take over one of the private party rooms. Chutney Mary and Veeraswamy are offering a 10 per cent discount between 24 December and 15 January. Lunch menus start at £25 and dinner menus cost from £32 before discounts.

Begin your evening with a Louis Roederer champagne reception including Thai canapés at The Halkin Bar, followed by a traditional Thai banquet. Four courses of sharing dishes – including salad of langoustine with Thai basil & caramelised peanuts and curried goose – are rounded off with flowering Dragon Eye tea. Lunch and dinner packages are available from £50 per person.
