Amber Lakes has teamed up with some of its top suppliers to offer price per person packages this winter season for up to 200 guests.
The Scandi-inspired lodge is already well suited to winter events, but the addition of a twinkling tree, flickering candles, pine cone decorations and cups full of mulled wine really ups the ante.
Caterer Jimmy Garcia is in charge of the food. Three-course meals can be centred around roast crown of Norfolk turkey with all the trimmings, but there are other good options like slow-roasted lamb with caramelised leeks and chestnuts. As for standing receptions, a turkey burger topped with crispy pancetta, cranberry sauce and brie is spot on for keeping things both casual and festive.
We got particularly excited over the prospect of some of the optional upgrades too – think platters of cheesy and comforting croque monsieurs circulating the room later in the evening.
Packages include exclusive hire from 6:30pm until midnight, a mulled wine or cider reception, three courses or a selection of bowl food and canapés, and half a bottle of wine per guest. Alpine lodge theming, a DJ, and a pre-event tasting for menu selection are also within the price. Dinners start from £125pp, and standing receptions start at £95pp.
