Tucked at the feet of the sprawling Waddesdon Manor is The Five Arrows; a Neo-Tudor boutique hotel complete with ornate turrets and Grade II-listed features, looking like something out of a fairytale. As well as its fascinating and lengthy history, The Five Arrows boasts a double AA Rosette awarded-restaurant and 16 bedrooms, all of which have benefitted from a recent refurbishment.
The team welcome private hire and wedding bookings, and are licensed to hold marriages and civil partnership ceremonies in two separate areas. The authentic Old Coach House is an open, lofty space with a timber trussed roof and original wrought ironwork, available for a ceremony of up to 80 guests. It's located in the peaceful garden with wooden doors which open up and connect to the outside space, allowing your guests to enjoy the day inside and out. With small tables and its own bar, this is a great place for all day socialising.
If you'd prefer a smaller ceremony and reception, The Rothschild Room has space for up to 40 people, taking place in the venue's main restaurant. Here, original features like large windows and industrial lighting rub up next to botanical art prints and a soft colour palette, to create a space that feels charming, cosy and again, a dream for all-day socialising. Finally, if you'd like to get married elsewhere and simply book The Five Arrows for an intimate dinner after your ceremony, The Snug is a private dining space with capacity for up to 12 guests. Hued in a sunshine yellow and decorated with an assortment of trinkets and mementos from the area, it's brimming with character.
Another benefit to getting married at The Five Arrows is that all catering can be provided in-house thanks to the award-winning restaurant and your guests won't have to go far for accommodation, with your wedding party able to stay in the lovely rooms upstairs.
