While Edinburgh and Leith are full of beautiful wedding venues, if you're looking for somewhere with an on-trend feel and purpose built facilties, Season Quayside could be the one. This events space has a great location, nestled in the heart of Leith, not far from the waterside. It's surrounded by a mix of buzzing restaurants and bars, with a lively atmosphere across the area.
For your wedding, take over the entirity of Season Quayside and make the most of its three seperate areas, hosting up to 100 guests and creating a day that leads them from one space to another. Or, if you're planning a much smaller soiree or have a limited budget, the team are more than happy for you to ocupy one part of the space instead. Simply give them a call and they'll be happy to chat through your options.
The Conservatory is a beautiful place to host your ceremony, flooded with light and boasting stylish details like industrial lighting and rustic wooden touches. Here, 40 to 50 people can stand for the ceremony, or alternatively use it as a pretty spot to host drinks and canapes before the wedding breakfast. If you'd like to use a seated format, 30 guests work perfectly.
As for the wedding breakfast, the main bar and restaurant can host up to 70 people seated and it's possible to choose a layout that works best for your group. Come evening, there's a dancefloor area for shaking a tailfeather, and impressively long list of cocktails, wines and beers.
When it comes to food, the team at Season Quayside are proud to provide all catering in house. Their philosophy on food is all about serving the best fresh, local produce with a range of sample menus to check out online. We like the sound of canapes like Scottish smoked cheese and leek tarts and game bons bons with a plum jam, followed by mains like Cardney Estate Venison Saddle with sweet potato puree, heritage carrots and seasonal greens.
