Sandhole Oak Barn is a spectacular setting for your upcoming wedding. Say I do in this beautiful oak barn that is sat just beside a tranquil lake. The barn is set amongst 400 acres of rolling Cheshire countryside, and so you can be sure that you'll have a wonderful backdrop for your nuptials. The venue was actually built with the purpose of hosting weddings in mind, and completed back in 2005. This family run business has a fairy tale, rural setting that makes for the most enchanting backdrop, and the events team will work with you to make sure that each of your requests are considered and catered for, from the moment you walk down the aisle.
Before your ceremony, you will need to get ready. The dressing room is just a few steps away from the Oak Barn, and can host you and your entourage from 9am on the morning of your wedding. The shepherd's hut is great for your partner and their friends, and has gorgeous views over the lake in its cosy space.
There are a few options to choose from. The Oak Barn, the Small Barn, the Outdoor Space and the Clock Tower. Each is a little different, and so offers something a bit unique. The Oak Barn, for instance, has full height windows, oak flooring and views that overlook the lake. Civil weddings and seated dining in this space can host up to 140 guests, with an extra 40 in the evening if you so wish. There is a licensed bar with real ales, a wooden dance floor with a separate carpeted dining area, plenty of high chairs and baby changing facilities, underfloor heating, and all the aV equipment and stereo systems that you could need.
