Besmir and Giona brother and sister took over Zorbas Bar and Grill on August 2019. Besmir is a professional chef who also created the famous Zorbas menu back in 2016.Giona who has been working as head chef in Zorbas from day one is now running the front of the house. They both have been working in restaurants since the age of 13 love what they do and that’s why they couldn’t be any happier taking Zorbas over.
