Much-loved pizza joint Yard Sale opens its 10th restaurant in North London with this Tottenham site, where punters can feast on its award-winning pizza for dine-in, takeaway and delivery. Its story began eight odd years ago when co-founders Johnnie Tate and Nick Buckland started cooking pizzas in their backyard in Hackney to host their very own supper clubs. Now, the brand has nine established sites across South, East and North London.
It might have all the hallmarks of a major chain, but Yard Sale is as committed as ever to bringing high-quality ingredients, relaxed service and neighbourhood spirit to every single one of its restaurants. They’re also not ones to shy away from a cheeky collaboration, having worked with the likes of comedians Romesh Ranganathan, Ed Gamble and James Acaster over the years, as well as Chicken Shop Dates star Amelia Dimoldenberg.
All its pizzas come with slow cooked tomato sauce and Fior di Latte mozzarella, with the option to go vegan or gluten-free if required. Alongside classics options such as Margherita and Pepperoni, it’s also known for its unique toppings and flavour combinations. One called Mush Be Love, for example, combines chestnuts mushrooms with oregano and truffle oil, while New Porker is topped with Sicilian sausage, guindilla chillies, garlic oil, oregano and fresh basil. There are a ton of vegan options too, while sides, dips, drinks and desserts complete the menu.
Yard Sale delivers all orders through its own in-house delivery service, employing a dedicated team of drivers and running its own delivery fleet, rather than working with third parties. This allows the brand to have total oversight over the delivery process to ensure the highest level of service.
All its pizzas are available as 12’’ (for one person) or 18’’ (for two people).
