The lunch and dinner menu is equally substantial, packed full of plant-based dishes such as a creamy mushroom pasta made with an oat cream, a glazed miso aubergine with spinach, spring onions and a pomegranate dressing as well as delightful 'fish' cakes made from banana blossom, mashed potato, seaweed and dill.
