About

Name a better place to sip an expertly-crafted cocktail than looking out to Tower Bridge, one of London's most iconic sights, not just now - but for centuries. This is where you'll find VU from the Tower, an atmospheric cocktail bar with the best views in town, located on the upper foyer level of The Tower Hotel.

Here, you can enjoy a delicious, globally-inspired food menu and some of the best cocktails in London, with a list that's bursting with experimental takes on some of your favourites, and new combinations you'll have never tried before. While the space is stylish and contemporary, you'll of course come here for the view, which looks incredible throughout huge, floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether popping by for a drink after work or planning a special celebration when you really want to impress, this spot works for a multitude of occasions.

As for the food menu, there's plenty of options to choose from, starting with the a la carte menu. Why not kick things off with small plates, from roasted rainbow carrots with tahini sauce, pomegranate seeds and coriander cress, to the penne pasta in spicy vodka, tomato and cream sauce, topped with smoked salmon, salmon caviar and chives.

Bigger plates look like chicken katsu curry, a classic ceaser salad and the VU burger with two smashed beef patties, caramelised red onion confit, pickles, crispy smoked streaky bacon and chipotle cheese sauce, all served in a toasted brioche bun, with a side of triple-cooked chips.

Planning a celebration? Drop by for the daily bottomless brunch, which includes not only views of Tower Bridge, but both a small and large plate with 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco, Daught Mahou Lager, or house red, white or rosé wine, with options to upgrade to classic cocktails if that's more your thing.
