Vespa is an authentic INDEPENDENT Italian restaurant in the heart of London’s iconic Leicester Square. We offer a fantastic array of home cooked Italian and Sicilian favourites, all prepared according to my mother’s own recipes which have been handed down over the generations.
Sicily is famous for its food and its sumptuous local produce. Being born and raised in Sicily, I was lucky enough to be brought up on some of the finest Italian food, all lovingly made by my mother using fresh, wholesome and home grown ingredients. Good Food, Family and Friends are everything in Sicily and it is these values I have brought to my own restaurant.
Also synonoimus with Italy is the Vespa scooter, and in Sicily Vespa’s can still be seen everywhere. Indeed, growing up, I can still remember the fun and adventures I had with my friends on our Vespas. Hence, I named my restaurant after this unique part of Italian, and my own personal history.
