Three Sheets is an intimate, neighbourhood cocktail and wine bar on Manette Street in Soho. Doors are open from midday until late Tuesday through to Saturday, and whenever you visit, you'll find a selection of seasonal specials and favourites on the menu.
First on the menu is a classic French 75 with gin, clear lemon, orange flower water and Chardonnay, paired with cloud tea, oak, verjus and carbonated water. If you're searching for something a bit more unusual, try the Sazzaquack with Seven Tails XO, Whistlepig 10 year, Five Spice, rooibos tea, lemon Absinthe and soy sauce. Scottish Coffee is made using buttered Glenmorangie X, salted coffee liqueur, coffee and shortbread cream, and the Rhubarb and Sake is a blend of Belvedere, sake, rhubarb, orris, darjeeling and peony. Not a drinker? Not a worry. Try the Cherry Cherry with Martini Vibrante, cherry and cherry bark, plum and soda, or the Pineapple Soda with Taiwanese pineapple cordial, verjus and soda.
