Set between the sea & Romney Marsh, our fully renovated restaurant uses its position along the Sussex coastline to its very fullest. Our chefs use the Deli and Jamie Wickens butchery as their
larder, selecting the freshest of seasonal produce, fantastic quality meat and fish, and the finest artisan products for flavour. A very different interior inspired by the Blue Star Shipping Line,
