Since arriving in Chobham, we’ve been waiting to get our project underway at The Red Lion. Whilst respectful of the wonderful history which has evolved on the premises since the early 1900’s, we’re bringing our passion from Garry’s wealth of kitchen experience. It’s our desire to source and cook great ingredients, forever changing with trends and development in our kitchen including meat aging, curing and smoking in our own butchery, pickling, preserving and baking as well as ice cream making, we are sure you will notice the difference and love in our food!
To stand out from the crowd is our vision, by creating a genuine and warm independent village pub with real ales, varied world sourced wines, fabulous creative cocktails and a wonderful wide selection of gins as well as other premium spirits and mixers combined.
