The Pudding Pantry in Nottingham is a small and popular restaurant open daily serving brunch, pancakes and of course, puddings. The Pudding Pantry is light, bright and modern, open from 9am with a menu of delicious sounding homemade dishes, fresh coffee, milkshakes and more.
If you can’t decide what to go for first, perhaps you’ll choose The Pudding Pantry tasting platter which allows you to pick three full sized desserts from the menu to try - from salted caramel brownie to baked chocolate orange cookie dough served warm, with chunky chocolate ice cream, the only problem you may encounter will be choosing just three from the menu.
If you’re visiting with younger guests (or not) perhaps they will go for one of the freshly made milkshakes on the menu, choose adult or children’s size, with flavours such as Jammie dodger tiffin made with strawberries, whipped cream and marshmallows, and cookies and cream made with Oreos, brownie and homemade marshmallows. You can also pick adult shakes, with flavours such as Baileys and vanilla, or chocolate and Cointreau.
There is also a large and indulgent pancake menu, with lots of toppings to choose from, and the option to go for a pancake platter if you can’t decide what you’d like to try first. Toppings include classic streaky bacon, maple syrup, chocolate spread and peanut butter, to mention just a few.
If you’re heading to The Pudding Pantry for brunch perhaps you’ll go for the full pantry breakfast which includes two American style pancakes, streaky bacon, homemade beans, sausage, mushroom and egg, there’s also a vegetarian option, plus eggs benedict and plenty of fresh coffee and tea. There is also a counter cake display which varies daily depending on what has been made in house, this will usually include indulgent cakes, cookies and tray bakes.
