Start off with antipasti of crocchette di baccala' con salsa romesco, a dish of salt cod croquettes with taggiasche olives powder and romesco sauce. Or, try another dish of burrata cheese with basil pesto, hazelnuts and croutons, or lamb skewers and pickles. When it comes to pasta, try the reginette con salsa gamberi, a dish of black reginette with prawn sauce, chilli, and prawn tartare.
The agnolotti is a dish of filled pasta with beef, pork and gravy, with butter, sage crumble and parmesan cheese. The reginette ai funghi e tartufo is a pasta dish of reginette with truffle mushrooms, white wine and parsley. Polish your meal off with some Italian desserts.
