About

The huge space left behind after Aster closed its doors will see the likes of a Cuban and Miami style wet-led spot arriving in the streets of Victoria. Taking inspiration from the Americas, this cool, new spot will feature lots of greenery and will have the space to host 400 guests across two floors. This concept makes use of feature palm trees; a red and green colour aesthetic; rattan lanterns and wicker baskets to create a laid-back cabana interior.

Set across two floors, the ground floor will focus more on the Miami lifestyle with plenty of palm trees; while the upstairs will take its inspiration from the clubhouses of Cuba. Discover the upstairs daiquiri bar and sip the night away on some creative cocktails.

The Palm House will provide locals, workers and tourksts alike, with a brand new space for pre and post-theatre dining as well as casual drinks and coporate events. Opening in September, these idyllic dining areas are perfect for private hire and group bookings throughout the upcoming festive season. Whether its for a party, group drinks with friends, meals with clients, or celebratory weekend brunches; The Palm House has something for everyone thanks to its sharing menu, range of dining rooms and a regular roster of DJs that brings a vibrant buzz of live entertainment throughout the week.

Brought to life by the Incipio Group who are behind the likes of Pergola and The Prince, this sure to be at the top of your venue list, particularly if you're a cocktail-lover. Expect an extensive drinks offering of tropical cocktails make with bold, exotic fruits as well as a host of wines, beers and spirits. Dine with sharing menus or with a classic main that focuses on the vivacious style of Miami with hints of Cuban flavour.
