In the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and set within several acres of grounds, Blakelands is undoubtedly one of the finest country houses in the region. The Lodge Restaurant is located in a
former hay barn and cart store with views spanning across the South Staffordshire countryside whilst the separate bar and lounge area overlooks Blakelands House and opens out into the gardens
during summer. The menus are crafted by the young team of extremely talented and passionate chefs, each one with a well-deserved reputation among regular diners. The restaurant is renowned for
sourcing its ingredients from local suppliers, emphasising the quality of the food and focusing on an English-style menu with large freshly cooked portions of Fillet Steak, Duck, Chicken, Fish and
vegetarian dishes. Everything is prepared in-house, including the soups, pates and sauces, and the staff bake their own seasonal puddings with apples and fruits from the gardens.
