T his is our 2nd visit and like the 1st seriously understaffed. We had the 2 /3 course lunch menu and the fish cakes were very good but the potatoes tasted like they had been heated up from the day before and were barely warm. The crumble was delicious but the custard let it down as on our 1st visit it was delicious vegan custard. I would suggest you look at your staffing levels because the poor guy was run off his feet.

Excellent fixed price lunch menu

Excelent value for money - particularly the fixed price lunch menu.  Left in peace to eat and chat.

First visit.

It was our first visit with friends on Thursday lunch time. We were shown to our seats and given menus and drinks order taken. Due to the fact they were very understaffed it was a while before our food order was taken but it wasn't a problem as we all had lots to catch up on in very nice surroundings. When the food arrived it was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed every course from the 2 or 3 course lunch menu which was value for money. Francesca served us with a smile and a short chat ( even though she was run off her feet ). We had a very pleasing time and we will definately be dining with you again very soon.
