Our kitchen takes enormous pride in their in house catering, with artisan dishes made & cooked to order with locally sourced produce. Dan Stewart & his team meticulously prepare cuisine from scratch using only the best local produce, Beef from the Wharfedale pastures, game from the local gamekeepers to name a few. The state of the art kitchen & in house cooking attracts some of the best chefs in the area and this can be plainly tasted. Our food is as well hand crafted as the cruck barn! With no artificial ingredients!
