This Fulham cocktail bar is themed around an ‘urban jungle’ and it’s easy to see why. The bar is a mish mash of vintage furniture, colour pops and old painted doors stuck to the ceiling. Fulham’s bright young things can sip on classic cocktails including Negronis, and there’s even a King’s Planter’s Punch. If you’re not in the mood for cocktails though, there is a selection of beers, ciders and by-the-glass wines to choose from. Peckish visitors can tuck into a short menu of sharing dishes and burgers; if you’re in a group, go for the charcuterie board which features nduja sausage, venison salami, chorizo salami and garlic bread. If you’re not one for sharing, opt for a burger – perhaps the King (a beef and cheese patty served with truffle ketchup) or the Cheese Lover, which sandwiches a deep-fried camembert patty with chargrilled bacon and honey mustard. The Courtyard also boasts a heated courtyard where you can get some air, before heading back in to enjoy the venue’s packed scheduled of events, parties and star DJ guests.
