The Chinoiserie at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah offers a relaxing all-day dining experience in the elegant lobby of the newly refurbished Knightsbridge hotel. Whether you are looking for a delicious breakfast, traditional afternoon tea or an informal lunch or dinner, The Chinoiserie offers fantastic food in a luxury setting.
The all-day menu has a selection of delicious dishes, ranging from luxury caviar to a casual sandwich, making it suitable for a quick lunch or a more formal meal. On the started menu, you’ll find carpaccio of tomato, Scottish smoked salmon, spicy roasted prawns and marinated mini burgers and start at £18.
The sandwich menu features classics, such as the Chinoiserie club and the Wagyu beef burger, alongside some more contemporay choices. The truffle croque-monsieur comes on sour dough bread and the wagyu sando is served on home-made brioche. For something a little lighter, there is a selection of salads including niçoise and Ceasar.
Main courses include pan fried, line-caught seabass, dry aged beef fillet and a selection of pastas including lobster linguine and spaghetti bolognaise. The Chinoiserie also offers three types of caviar, ranging from £95 to £990 for 30g.
Visit early to make the most of the breakfast menu, with fresh eggs on offer, alonside bagels, French toast, pancakes and waffles. For something lighter, you could opt for home-made granola or freshly sliced fruit.
The Chinoiserie also offers a fabulous afternoon tea with the royal botanic afternoon tea, available from £55 a person, with the option of adding a glass of something bubbly. Fresh cakes and scones are served alongside delicious sandwiches, including blue lobster, pastrami beef and English picked cucumber.
