116 Pall Mall by Searcys is home to a range of dining and drinking destinations, including its elegant Champagne Bar and relaxed Carlton Brasserie & Lounge.
The Champagne Bar is open daily and serves Searcys own Cuvée Champagnes, plus fine wines, cocktails and artisan beers. There is also a large and varied food menu, all of which is served from its cosy bar complete with vaulted ceilings and iron gate cellar doors.
Ideally positioned on Pall Mall, Searcys' Champagne Bar serves a large menu of bar food, snacks and light dishes. Diners can choose its signature Searcys smoked salmon served with capers and horseradish cream, or an artisan cheese platter accompanied by seeded crackers, quince jelly and celery. Other tasty larger plates include Hereford ribeye steak served with aromatised butter, and grilled fish of the day served with seasonal sauteed greens.
The large and indulgent drinks menu has been thoughtfully designed by the Searcys sommeliers and includes a good selection of Brut, Demi-Sec and Vintage Champagnes. There is also a generous selection of white and red wines, bubbles and cocktails. Perhaps you’ll go for a classic Espresso Martini, or a Searcys signature St. James spritz, made with gin, champagne and lemon. There is also a menu of spirits, port and a small selection of mocktails.
The Carlton Brasserie & Lounge, meanwhile, is a more relaxed place to work and meet in the centre of London. The Brasserie is open for lunch where guests can dine on a casual seasonal menu with lots of all-day options, from chicken pie to 48-hour pork belly. While the Lounge is available to hire for client events.
Inspired by Searcys' founder John Searcy, who was originally head confectioner to the Duke of Northumberland, Searcys has launched The Confectioner's Afternoon Tea. It features both savoury and sweet delights including finger sandwiches, traditional scones with clotted cream and jam, and a selection of cakes and pastries. All of which are accompanied by your choice of speciality teas or coffee, or a glass of bubbles.
