The Catherine Wheel

Found this when searching for a nice meal in this particular area and will definately revisit. Beautiful location, building and food. We ate very early evening which might explain why there was not a huge number of people there on a lovely warm evening, but in these covid days we were quite happy with that, though the pub deserves more visitors than on our visit. Really being picky, a beer spilt on delivery was not cleaned off the table except by us, and a request for additional serviettes after using them to mop it up had to be made several times, and the service was not the fastest, but we were away from the bulk of the diners.
