The Castle is an independent gastro pub in Farnham town centre. Its bar and lounge act as a relaxing haven away from the busy high, especially in one of the numerous secluded nooks and corners that are dotted throughout. The dining room has a bright and airy feel, thanks to the elegant central skylight and sizable windows throughout. Example seasonal dishes include Hampshire smoked trout fish pie, pan-seared cod loin with saffron new potatoes, and a slow-roasted confit duck leg served with dauphinoise potatoes and sauteed greens. The classics range lives up to its, featuring the likes of steak and ale pie, steak burger, and haddock and chips.
