The Boot Inn is a traditional pub and restaurant, but comes with modern bells and whistles that make it a bit more enticing to diners. Inside, you can enjoy fine dining that you don't always find in pubs, alongside delicious beers, wines, and spirits. Nearby to Solihull, Knowle, the NEC in Birmingham and Warwick, surrounded by countryside, The Boot Inn is perfectly positioned for a tasty bite to eat if you're making your way through Warwickshire. The pub welcomes dogs, as long as they're behaved and on a lead, in the bar and heated marquee. As for human diners, doors are open week long, with the full menu served between 12 and 2.30pm, and again between 6 and 9pm Monday through to Saturday, and for sandwiches between midday and 2.30pm. On Sundays, the roast menu is served between midday and 6pm.
First on the menu are the sharing plates, and there is a great selection to choose from. The Baltic board comes with whipped smoked mackerel, smoked salmon, tempura prawns, crayfish cocktail, lavosh crackers and rocket. For starters, you can enjoy the soup of the day with crusty sourdough, BBQ lamb ribs with preserved lemon rub and black garlic, and tandoori chicken skewers with pickled cucumber, curry leaf yoghurt, chilli crunch and chaat masala.
Salads are great for lighter meals, like the char siu pork salad with kohlrabi slaw, peanut kimchi, pickles and onion, whilst heartier mains of burgers, battered haddock and lamb chops are on the main menu. Make sure to order some of the delicious desserts, too, including BBQ tenderstem broccoli with chilli, feta and tahini dressing, the charred corn, Boot greens, and potato wedges with gochujang glaze, sriracha aioli, crispy onions, sesame and chilli.
