Steeped in history, Bath has some incredibly beautiful buildings and Coppa Club's Bath clubhouse is no different. Housed behind a classic Georgian facade in the centre of the city, you'll find a ground floor cafe and bar with an Art Deco staircase leading up to the club lounge and bar area.
Though clearly very elegant, Coppa Club still prides itself on being accessible and suitable for everyone. A grand bar, copper colours and huge mirrors are mellowed by homely touches like sofas, plenty of foliage and a friendly service. You can also bring the whole family thanks to a kid friendly menu, and there are areas for your furry friends too!
The Bath Townhouse offers a range of different menus to welcome you at any time of the day, whether its a lazy weekend brunch, a sharing-style lunch and cocktails with friends, or a celebratory dinner in the evening. Keep it simple at breakfast with an array of preserves on sourdough toast or test out the buckwheat and rye pancakes, drizzled with maple syrup. At lunch time, nothing beats a Caesar salad although you may just fancy adding a small plate of sundried tomato arancini into the mix.
When it comes to dinner, you could never go wrong with creamy burrata or salmon ceviche, served with a flatbread to assist in mopping up the ponzu dressing. Mains prove to be a difficult choice thanks to the mix of grill, pasta and pizza dishes. Will it be the delicate roasted halibut fillet with a chickpea and green harissa stew? Or will the cheesy delights of the fresh carbonara or the four cheese sourdough pizza win your heart?
Perhaps save the pizza until pudding? Yes, you heard us right. The Coppa Club serves a pizza fritta pudding with a warm toffee sauce which makes the perfect dip.
