Spinach is a restaurant that does what it says on the tin: vegetable-focused food and a dining room filled with plants and other green-finger trophies. With a local community focus, Spinach offers a seasonal, all-day menu including the likes of tempura courgette flowers with goats’ cheese and orange blossom honey, sea trout with red quinoa and aubergine fondue. For dessert, there’s lemon chocolate mousse with ginger biscuit crumb, as well as salted chocolate and pumpkin babka (a sweet yeast cake). The drinks list focuses on wine, but beers and cocktails are also available.
