The comfortable deep diner-style booths at this hotel atrium bar/café make an agreeable enough spot for pizzas & tapas. Pre-dinner cocktails come at un-touristy prices: £7 pays for a decent daiquiri from a fruity selection, while our Tanqueray Martini was spot-on. Otherwise, expect a fair selection of wines & continental lagers. Given Spectrum’s location, a skip away from the attractions of the South Bank, we’re minded to describe the slightly lurid interior as a bit of a London Eye-ful.
