Solita York is an American inspired bar and restaurant located in the city centre of York, popular for their Wagyu beef steaks and burgers, Solita has a number of sister restaurants in Hull, Manchester and Didsbury. Solita York is located close to many shops and visitor attractions such as The York Dungeons and the York Castle Museum. Solita, York has a modern interior with an industrial look, dotted with wooden tables and a small outdoor seating area which is covered and lined with festoon lighting. There is a brunch menu, plus a food menu and drinks. Perhaps you’ll kick things off with some nachos to share topped with guacamole, sour cream and salsa, or maybe you’re feeling adventurous and you’re going to go for the Solita cheeseburger spring rolls. Main dishes include a number of quality beef burgers made using 100% Wagyu beef, plus a selection of salads and sides. Perhaps you’ll go for a bacon double cheese or a plant based ‘clean green’ burger. If you can’t decide there is also the option to go for three mini sliders. You will also find hotdogs on the menu, plus chicken, steaks and plenty of sides.
There is a large drinks menu which has a good selection of beer and wine, as well as a range of classic cocktails such as mojitos and margaritas. There is also a large gin menu, plus milkshakes, and soft drinks. The brunch menu is also available daily from 12 noon, and features many American inspired dishes such as waffles and pancakes, as well as eggs benedict, eggs on toast and the Solita breakfast burger.
