Located on the rooftop of the Westgate shopping centre the venue’s sleek and elegant interior is inspired by the dragonfly with the colour and form of the design elements taking their inspiration from the natural world. In the past, the menus have created nostalgic reimaginings of Fish and Chips with their ‘The Chippie’ tasting menu as well as selections exploring Mexican cuisine and others inspired by literary sources such as the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party menu. Each menu also has a corresponding vegetarian offering, ensuring that a wide range of diners are catered for. Guests are also offered the opportunity to add similarly affordable wine pairings to their Tasting menu and the other drinks on offer match the theme of the food.
