Our restaurant offers stunning panoramic Highland views overlooking the picturesque Shieldaig bay where boats nestle and seals frolic.
The Shieldaig Estate has one of the finest larders. Rare breed lamb, Highland cattle and its own deer herd can be found on the Estate. Crab, lobster, langoustine, oysters and scallops are caught by hand right in front of the hotel. Salmon is locally smoked. We have recently renovated our walled garden and have reinstated a vegetable garden, allowing for fresh produce to grow just on our doorstep. Head Chef, Jerome Prodanu's menus change daily and is based on what is fresh in the larder that day.
