As the team say, Seascape is where the sea and sky unite, so you can expect a spellbinding concept that brings together maritime legends with drinks inspired by Brighton’s rich nautical heritage, referencing tales and icons right from the 1700s.
Before you get too excited, though, allow us to explain how this unique adventure works. Buy a ticket for the evening which gets you a place on the travelling pod. Yes, we know it sounds like something from a storybook, but every 30 minutes this huge, glass orb travels into the sky, giving those on it the ride of their lives and incredible views of Brighton - all while enjoying incredible cocktails! Tickets for Seascape start from 7.30pm when the pod turns into a cocktail bar and your ticket even includes a welcome drink, on the team! From then on you can continue to get on and off as many times as you like until closing at 10.30pm.
So, what's on the menu? While you'll find all of your classic cocktails and plenty of alcohol-free options too, but you really have to try the theatrical cocktails. There's the Sussex Siren with Brighton Pavilion Gin, raspberry syrup and citric blend with vegan foam, unveiled beneath a smoke cloud. Or, what about the Poseidon's Poison which has a colour changing mixture with vanilla vodka, citric
blend, elderflower cordial and a chilli kick.
