Originating in Turin, this London debut is a light-filled, tastefully attired all-day restaurant and shop. Showcasing recipes from across Italy, all of Savurè’s pasta is created on-site in the pastificio pasta lab. There are 200 different combinations of pasta and sauces at your disposal, such as Piedmont-inspired egg ravioli (agnolotti Savurè), filled with three Italian meats and Mediterranean herbs and spices. Pull up a stool at the high-top tables, plump for a more intimate booth or go al fresco on the patio. There’s also an array of Italian products to take home, as well as a takeaway lunch and dinner service.
