Up on the 38th and 39th floors of the Heron Tower at 110 Bishopsgate, SUSHISAMBA is the highest outdoor dining terrace in Europe, with breathtaking views of the city. In the lobby, two panoramic elevators will take you up to the 39th floor, giving you incredible views of London as you travel upwards.
The dining room and terrace have so much to offer, but the latest addition is the SAMBAROOM. A cocktail bar and lounge, this space welcomes you through its golden canopy entrance, before you take a walk through a spectacular mirror lined walkway. A motif of soft curves can be found in most of the furniture and design, and the bar is fully stocked with all you need to enjoy innovative cocktails. A warm and elegant room, the SAMBAROOM feels more luxurious, and is a space designed for relaxing and sharing love over drinks, whilst staying true to SUSHISAMBA'S Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian heritage.
Just opposite the bar is a lounge, where you'll be able to gaze out over London's stunning skyline. The retro furniture here really pays homage to the mid-century Brazilian aesthetic, and you'll feel like you're on top of the world – quite literally, actually.
The cocktails are designed to take you on a journey through each of SUSHISAMBA's heritage regions, and each recipe is inspired by the colourful ingrdeients that are found in these rich parts of the world. From Japan, try the Wabi-Sabi, a light and floral martini-style cocktail that draws on Japanese tea culture. Inspired by Brazil's flavours, the Brazilian Negroni will transport you to the streets of Sao Paulo in the 1950s, whilst Peru's Amazonia is a refreshing and vibrant drink that contains Vetiver Gris, wasabi flavoured meringue, Pisco and nashi pear cordial.
