Rudy’s is an authentic Neapolitan Pizza restaurant located in Greater Manchester, it makes up part of a collection of Rudy’s restaurants located around Manchester, Leeds and London. The restaurant is modern and inviting, it has a large pizza menu featuring many traditional favourites, ideal for family dining. There is also a take-out menu.
Perhaps you will kick things off with some sharing starters such as the whole burrata served with wild rocket, cherry tomatoes and house-baked bread, or the campana to share which includes a selection of cured meats, mozzarella, wild boar salami and house baked bread. There is also a vegetarian campana which is served with roasted vegetables, olives, salad and house baked bread.
For your main course perhaps you will go traditional with a simple margherita made with basil, parmesan and olive oil, or a classic salami finished with basil and olive oil. If you’re looking for something a little different why not try the calabrese pizza, which is made with spicy nduja sausage which melts into the pizza during the cooking process, or the cinghiale pizza which is made with wild boar salami, fresh chilli and basil.
Rudy’s also has a dessert menu which changes on a regular basis. Previous specials have included the Nutella pizza, and a kinder Bueno cheesecake. You will also find a range of wine and soft drinks, plus unique cocktails and specials throughout the year. Cocktails and speciality drinks change regularly, you might find a balsamic strawberry Negroni on the menu or a cherry sbagliato- just ask for their latest.
