The a la carte menu kicks off with Isle of Lewis mussels, steamed in the house blend of Harissa, apple cider, coconut and smoked tabasco stock, served with toasted sourdough. There's also a delicious dish of goat's cheese mousse with rosemary and cinnamon cream and baked wild mushrooms served inside a crepe, along with the traditional Scottish dish of cullen skink - smoked haddock, potato and leek soup with a warmed bread roll.
For mains, the lobster thermidor is poached then grilled in a rich cheese sauce, accompanied by baby crushed potatoes, caught daily by the fishing vessel Solan. There's also an indulgent dish of roasted breast of maple glazed Barbary duck, served with oven roasted carrots and a hot pot of duck sausage, pea, leek and potato finished with a red wine rosemary jus.
