Pride & Provenance was started in 2018 by Yorkshire born husband and wife team, James & Melanie. They both have had over 20 years in management positions in hotels, restaurants and gastro pubs across the North. Pride & Provenance is a café, wine bar, restaurant and retail space and is situated in the Piece Mill building in Halifax, just outside the South Gate of The Piece Hall. It is enjoyed by many for a coffee, glass of wine or food with friends or family.
We are passionate about where our produce comes from and we ensure that there is clear trace-ability from farm to fork. We source the majority of our produce from suppliers in the North of England or where we feel a producer is world class within the UK.
