One of the newest locations from this popular burger chain, Patty & Bun Canary Wharf promises more of what made the brand successful - good burgers, fresh ingredients, and a laid-back environment. The addition of this shop will bring the total number of Patty & Bun's up to 11, all spread out across London and Brighton.
Located in the new 23-acre Wood Wharf development, the Canary Wharf site is larger than many of the other Patty & Bun locations, featuring 70 covers inside and an additional 30 covers outside. In the same spot you'll also find sister roast chicken and sides brand, 'SideChick,' whichh is available for delivery out of the shop.
Patty & Bun partially credits its success to its fresh and local ingredient choices, as well as its free-range beef and homecooked sides. And though each of the Patty & Bun shops have location-specific menus, it does have some classic dishes that remain constant across all of its restaurants. Burger options include the likes of the Smokey Robinson with cheese, tomato, lettuce, caramelized onions, bacon, ketchup, and smokey mayo served on a brioche roll; the Ari Gold, with all the same aforementioned ingredients except swap the caramelised onions with pickled onions; or the Lambshank Redemption burger with a lamb patty spiced up with coriander and chilli, lettuce, fried buttermilk baby courgettes, pickled aubergine, cumin aioli, and feta, all served on a signature brioche bun. Some of the burgers can also be made vegan, for our friends with dietary restrictions.
Sides offer fun takes on your classic burger shop staples, such as the hand-cut chips (which you can get smothered in brisket), or the chicken wings, which come with BBQ sauce and green onions. Diners can also wash down their meal with a selection of sodas, canned beers, or cocktails.
