The Ristorante menus are built on seasonality and innovation, turning classic flavours into something entirely new. We only use top-quality British and Italian ingredients and look to support local and Artisan producers wherever possible. In the summer of 2017, the Ristorante menu evolved into a more streamlined 2 page selection; a mix of dishes based upon the classics of Italian cooking, some that have been part of the Ristorante menu for almost 30 years, and newer dishes that change with the seasons’. Almost all of our menu is assembled and cooked fresh to order, something we consider essential to the quality of the final dish. This is in stark contrast to other production line ‘Italian’ restaurants who have to pre-cook pasta and sauces because of the large numbers they are often forced to cater for. Whether it’s the reassurance of our classics, or you’re in the mood for something more adventurous, then you’ll find something to satisfy.
