Start your visit at No. 4 off with a selection of delicious cocktails. Try the No. 4 Oceanic designed in house by Josh and named after the transatlantic ocean liner built for the White Star Line. This cocktail contains Havana 7 and 3 years, blue curacao, lemon, orange and egg whites.
Then, order some cheese and charcuterie boards to share amongst the table with whatever bottles you order. The boards will feature a selection of cured meats, local cheeses, olives, tapenade and house bread. You could also order a selection of truffle and parmesan fries, onion rings and chilli cheesy fries with crispy bacon, scallion and garlic mayo. Try the chilli nachos with tomato salsa, jalapenos, Cheddar cheese, sour cream and guacamole, or the crispy chicken wings tossed in sesame Sriracha sauce and chilli mayo. The beef burger sliders are also well worth ordering, and include three mini beef burgers, smoked bacon, mature cheddar cheese, house relish, gem lettuce, red onion, tomato and gherkin.
Finish off with a sweet cocktail like the Violet Sling, which is a nostalgic twist on a classic. This cocktail features Parma Violet Gin, Cherry Heering, D.O.M Benedictine and lime.
