SquareMeal Rewards April competition – terms & conditions
Promoter: The competition is organised and hosted by Monomax Ltd, trading as SquareMeal, registered in England and Wales under company number 02554719, with its registered office at Monomax Limited, Quadrant House, 250 Kennington Lane, London, SE11 5RD.
Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are registered SquareMeal Rewards members. Employees of Monomax Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must link a valid payment card to their SquareMeal Rewards account and dine at a participating SquareMeal Rewards restaurant during the competition period (1 - 30 June 2026). Each eligible restaurant transaction made using a linked card will count as one entry into the prize draw. Only transactions made at restaurants clearly marked as part of the SquareMeal Rewards programme are eligible.
Prize: The winner will receive SquareMeal gift vouchers equivalent to the value of one eligible meal (based on the transaction amount of a winning entry), up to a maximum of £500.
Prize details: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. SquareMeal gift vouchers are subject to separate terms of use and are valid only at participating restaurants.
Winner selection & notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes. The draw will be conducted by Monomax Ltd. The winner will be contacted via the email address registered to their SquareMeal account within 7 days of the draw.
Claiming the prize: Gift voucher amount will be credited to the SquareMeal Rewards account.
Data Protection: Any personal data provided by entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the SquareMeal Privacy Policy. Data will be processed for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize. Monomax Ltd will not share entrants’ personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting privacy@squaremeal.co.uk.
General: Monomax Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the competition at any time, without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
